I can’t believe that it’s that time of year already to begin the qualifying for the summer national. This past weekend was our first are qualifier for the southwest region. We headed out to Arizona Cycle Park for the weekend to get qualified for the regional qualifier which will be held in June; and also to get some pro am points as well.

Saturday would consist of both 450 A and 250 A classes for me. The day started out good with practice and I was feeling good and looking forward to putting in some solid motos. During riders meeting they announced that all the pro classes for the weekend would run 20 minute plus 2 lap motos. I was pretty stoked to hear this and was really excited about the longer motos and being able to get in a lot of laps. First moto of the day would be 450 A and 250 A was a little later during the day. 450 A started off crazy for most everybody as they dropped the gate before the car went sideways and some people didn’t even have a chance to get their bike in gear. Luckily I had mine in gear and somehow after the slowest reaction known to mankind, I came away with the holeshot. From then on the moto went really smooth for me and there wasn’t too much to talk about. I pulled away within the first couple laps and due to the faster guys getting bad starts I was able to win by a pretty big margin. The first moto of 250 A came around next for me, and I was feeling confident going in. Unfortunately I ended up with last gate pick and was way outside on the start. I managed to get out of the first turn in about 6th and started to work my way up from there. I got in to the lead on the second lap and again was able to pull away and get another win. The day wasn’t over and we still had second motos, but I was feeling really good going in. In the second moto of 450 A, I got another holeshot and lead the race from start to finish getting another win and the overall for the day. 250 A didn’t start out as good as I didn’t get the holeshot and ended up rounding the first turn in 5th. I made quick work of most of the guys and was in second by the end of the first lap. A few laps later I was able to catch the leader and pass him as well and ended up finishing the moto with a win and another overall for the day.

After an awesome day on Saturday I was really looking forward to getting to the track Sunday morning. After a few laps of practice Sunday morning and finding out the moto order for the day, we went down to the line for Open ProSport which was our only moto that day. I ended up with a horrible gate pick first moto and got stuck with a horrible gate. I did my best with the conditions I was delt and came out with a top five start. I worked my way into second pretty fast, and after a little battle with the leader I got into the lead right around the half way mark and was able to ride a good race from there and got the first moto win. I was really looking forward to the second moto and to finishing off the weekend well. The start of the second moto was a little bit of a struggle as I with somewhere in the top five and then got stood up in the first turn. I went back a few positions and then in the second turn there was a pile-up with about five guys right in front of me. After wheeling someone’s bike and getting a little out of control with my foot flying off and stuff in the process, I somehow managed not to crash and was back somewhere in about 15th or so. I made quick work of the first few guys and moved into the top five pretty easily. I then had to really charge to get into second and at that point the leader had opened up a little gap. I was able to slowly gain ground and next thing I knew I was right on his rear tire. I was able to get around him and into the lead, and after only a few more laps of the moto, I was able to walk away with the win and a perfect sweep of the weekend.

Weekend Results:

450 A: 1st place

250 A: 1st place

Open ProSport: 1st place

Overall the weekend was awesome! I couldn’t ask for any better results. I was able to walk away with some good pro-am points as well as a spot at the Loretta Lynn southwest regional come June. Now it’s time to get ready and leave for Texas for or first national of the year at Oak Hill MX. I’m super stoked and am looking forward to an awesome week of racing. Check back throughout the week for updates on the racing action!

Thanks,

Austin Burns #141

Check out a cool little video from the weekend by Lucas Fahringer : http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10150658717584734

Gold Cup 2/12

This past weekend was the third round of the California Gold Cup at Glen Helen Raceway. The weekend started out for us with practice on Saturday which wasn't the greatest as it rained all day and made a pretty muddy and slick track. I was able to get in a couple practices before calling it a day and heading back to get everything ready for the race on Sunday.

Sunday morning came and the track was still a little muddy first thing in the morning. Everyone pretty much followed one line around the track during practice in the morning and made for a pretty one lined and hard to pass on track. Motos started and my first class was 450 pro, I got off to pretty bad start coming off the gate, but there was a pile up in the first turn and I was able to dodge a couple people and ended up in fourth coming out of the first turn. I was able to make my way into third pretty quick and started to go after the front two, I caught up a little bit before on of them slid out in a turn and gave me second. By then there was only a lap left and I ended up second. Up next was the first moto of 250 pro. I got a much better start; I thought I had the hole shot going into the first turn, but I ended up in second. The entire race we were within a couple bike lengths of each other as I kept trying to make a pass and trying different lines. I ended up not being able to get around the leader, but rode good to another second place moto finish. I was looking forward to getting out there for the second motos and trying to better my finishes. 450 pro came around and I got off to a horrible start. I was able to work past a few people the first couple laps and was somewhere around fourth. unfortunately I made a little mistake and hit a braking bump wrong which shot me over the berm and off the track, I lost a couple spots and had to work back up past the same people again. By the end of the race I passed a couple people and ended up fourth in the moto which would give me 3rd overall on the day. 250 pro came around and I got off to a mid pack start. I moved into fourth pretty quick and the top four of us were like a train going around the track. The track was still pretty one lined from the morning and if you went outside the fast line it was hard to make up any time. Everyone pretty much stayed where they were for the entire moto as it was hard to make passes. I stayed in fourth and was never able to make a pass happen to get up any further. Again I ended up with another 3rd overall.

Overall it was a decent weekend, it was good to go over there and get behind a gate again with those guys and see where I stand before the first amateur nationals coming up. I definitely have a few things I need to work on, but I feel that I will be ready come March for the first amateur national.

Overall:
250 Pro - 3rd overall
450 Pro - 3rd overall

Austin Burns #141

California

Well this past week after spending some time riding at home early in the week, we decided to head over to california to get some riding in on some different tracks to get ready for the upcoming amateur nationals. We headed out to California bright and early Friday morning. On the way into town we were going to stop and ride at Cahuilla Creek mx Friday morning. We got to the track shortly after they opened and surprisingly there was not many people there. Due to some windy conditions there was only about five people there the whole day and we pretty much had the track to ourselves. The track was in amazing condition and the layout was super fun. After putting in some solid motos we left Cahuilla and headed to the hotel that we were staying at. We got to the hotel, went and got some dinner across the street and then went to bed to get ready for another day of riding on Saturday. Saturday morning we left the hotel and went to Glen Helen for some practice. Glen Helen was packed with people practicing for a race they had on Sunday. Although there was about a million people out on the track, the track stayed in good shape and got pretty rough which was good to ride on and was a nice change from the smoother tracks that we have over here in Arizona. After another great day of riding we decided to head over to a bass pro shop that was close to the track and since we didn't have much to do besides sit in the hotel room for the rest of the day. After some time checking out a bunch of guns and the animal exhibits bass pro shop had, we headed back to the hotel to call it a day. We got up Sunday to go ride again before we headed home in the afternoon. We decided to go check out the new Lake Elsinore mx park and all the changes that they made. They have really put in a lot of hours into that place, and the facility was amazing. The track was pretty good as well and the new layout is pretty fun. Unfortunately I didn't get to ride for too long as we left around lunch time and headed home. After the boring drive from California to Arizona we made it home safe are ready to get this next week on and get back over to California this weekend to race the California Gold Cup series.

1/29

Thanks for coming and checking out my updates. This past week was pretty good for me as the week itself was awesome with riding, training and also managing my schoolwork and life as a student as well. I feel like I am getting better and better still every time I throw a leg over my bike and I am excited for the next few weeks as we begin to get closer to the first amateur national of the year.

This past weekend I decided last minute to race round two of the AMX state championship series at Speedworld MX. We showed up on sunday for practice and unfortunately the track was open the night before until 1am which didn't allow their crew adequate time to prep the track for the race. The track was not to the quality it usually is, and all through my two practices it was like ice just slipping and sliding trying to make it through the corners. Racing started and I was feeling pretty good going in. My first moto was 250 pro, which didn't start out the way I wanted to. I spun like crazy off the concrete start and didn't get the greatest of starts. I moved into second and was chasing the leader who was riding really well that day. I made a few mistakes the first couple laps and then finally settled down and rode a little better the last few laps and ended up finishing in second. My next moto was open pro; I got off to the holeshot and was riding pretty good for the conditions of the track. I was trying to be smart on the hard packed track and the wide open layout that it has. 5th gear wide open on a 450 down the straight aways with how hard the track was is definitely not fun. I rode good all the way until the last lap when I made a mistake and almost went down. Luckily I saved it, but the guy in second ended up side by side with me going into the next corner and unfortunately I tried to make an inside line to get past him and lost the front end in the slick conditions and ended up second in that moto as well.

Second motor were about to start and we were looking at the track during intermission while they were watering. With the track being open until 1am before and then trying to race on it a few hours later in the morning, you could imagine what it was like. By the end of the first motos, the track had been through a lot and unfortunately was like concrete everywhere. We watched a few people crash out due to the conditions and then they went and watered on top of that which made the conditions unsafe. Since I haven't been back riding or racing very long, my dad felt that it wasn't a good idea to go risk injury or setback going the speeds that the track produces. I ended up not doing the second motos and going home in one piece which I am thankful for and didn't want to do anything stupid at a small race and only my second race back.

Austin Burns #141

1/22/11

I've been riding for a little while know and the amount of progress I've made has been amazing. I feel better and better every time I get on the bike and should be back to 100% here shortly. I have been working hard in the gym and have been riding as much as possible to get ready for the upcoming year. I can't thank my trainer Brian Davis in the gym and Pat McMullen at McMullen School of Motocross enough for helping me to get back on the bike and to be feeling as well as I do.

Aside from training and practicing, I got to race and get behind a gate again this past weekend for the first round of the AMX State Championship series at Canyon Motocross Park. I was finally able to move up to the pro class after coming back form my injury, and it feels great to be up there and racing again. The day of racing started out awesome for me in practice, and I felt really comfortable on the track and on my bikes. First motos went decent for me; I struggled with starts the first couple motos and both times started just inside of the top five. I was able to work my way to the front both times tho and ended up getting first in both classes for the first motos. Going into the second motos I really tried to focus on the start. I made a couple changes and they seemed to work out well for me as I came out with both holeshots in the 250 and 450 class. I was able to lead both second motos from start to finish and just ride my own race. Overall the weekend couldn't have gone much better; I am just stoked to be able to line up behind a starting gate again and do what I love most. I can't thank everyone and all my sponsors enough for sticking behind me through the long time I was off, and I look forward to many more great races in 2012.

See everyone at the races,
Austin Burns #141

Overall Results:
250 Pro - 1-1=1st overall
450 pro - 1-1=1st overall

I'm Back!

What a long few months it has been. I just want to start off by thanking everyone who has stuck behind me and helping me to prepare for 2012. It's been about four and a half months since my injury, and I was finally able to start riding here and there a little while ago. So far I've been able to ride a handfull of times and everything is going great so far. I still have to take it easy and am not 100% released, but I have imporved much faster than anyone expected and should be 100% shortly. I go back to the doctor soon and hopefully will be able to start racing and be back to normal soon. As for now I am just stoked to be back on a dirt bike and doing what I love most.

See you at the track,
Austin Burns #141

Progress

Seems like it's been forever since I've been on a bike and haven't had much to update on. So far everything is doing much better than expected and the doctors and I are surprised at how well everything feels and moves after being out for so long. I had a check up with the doctor a few days ago, and everything is looking good he said. I had a couple pins that were causing problems and had to be taken out at the doctors office, but I have surgery scheduled in two weeks to get the rest of the hardware out! I can't wait to get that extra weight out of my wrist and get started on physical therapy and get back on the bike as soon an humanly possible. The first few weeks off weren't bad, but now that it has been awhile I am itching to get back out there on my bike. I am literally counting down the days until I will be able to throw a leg over a bike again and get back to doing what I love most. I will keep everyone updated on the surgery and my recovery and I hope to see everyone out at the tracks soon.

Austin Burns #141

Time Flys

Well I can't believe its been 6 weeks since Loretta's already. My wrist is healing up good and am scheduled as of now to get my pins out in another 5 weeks. The past few weeks have been pretty boring and I'm just trying to stay busy. I'm counting down the days until I will be able to be back on the bike. Without my motorcycle, I feel like I can't survive in this crazy world.

This past year was a great year for me and I feel like I have made a lot of improvements in many different aspects of my life. A big part of our program last year was my mechanic Trevor who had my bikes running top notch at all the races throughout the year. "Vegas" as we call him is moving back to where he's from... you guessed it, Las Vegas. I want to thank him for everything he did last year, and it was a great experience traveling the country with him. With that being said, I am currently looking for a new mechanic. I cant believe that 2011 is behind us already and that 2012 is right around the corner. The past couple weeks was the final nationals of the year for us at Ponca city and
Loretta Lynn's. Ponca went well for me throughout the week and I was able to walk away with one championship and a pair of thirds going into week number 2 at Loretta's.

I was feeling confident and ready going into the second week of racing, and I wanted to go out and prove myself and my hard work that I had been putting in. First day of practice started out well for me as I posted some fast laps and showed my speed was there to win. My first class of the week was Collegeboy; I rolled up to the gate, picked my gate (which unfortunately was gate pick 35) and was looking forward to getting the racing started. I started way outside and got off to a horrible start (around 25th). I put my head down and started working my way towards the front. I had moved myself into second coming from way behind and was all over the leader for awhile. The end was near and I really wanted to get into the lead, but unfortunately got stuck behind a lapper and ended up second which I was still pumped on for the first moto.

My second class was 450 B mod, where I again got a horrible gate pick (this time I picked 41). I again got a bad start from the outside and had even more work to do this time to get to the front. I charged the entire moto and rode really well considering where I came from and ended up with another second place first moto finish and another silver medal.

Second motos were about to get underway and I was looking forward to some good gate picks this time and some more good finishes. Collegeboy started off with a decent jump off the line, but got pinched off and was mid pack thru the first turn. I was able to charge the first couple laps and move inside of the top ten and then I steadily kept working forward and up to second again. I was a little disappointed with that start and having to come from behind, but due to everyone else being inconsistent, was sitting in the lead as far as points and was looking great for a championship.

450 B mod was up again, and I was tired of coming from behind with horrible starts. I finally got a good start (was 4th off the start) and I was at the front of the pack. I was quickly able to move into second and was chasing the leader. I put my head down and put in the fastest laps of the moto and was able to catch up to the leader. I was feeling good and was riding well. We were a little past half way and I came out of a turn with a little too much throttle. My front tire missed the lip, my back tire hit it and before I knew it I was going over the bars. The bike threw me to the ground and ran me over. Instantly I knew something wasn't right, and I was so bummed! My week was over after riding so well, and having a championship in Collegeboy so close as all I had to do was finish top five or better and I would've won.

Unfortunately injuries are part of the sport, and mine just happened at the wrong time. I ended up dislocating the scafoid bone in my wrist and had to get it put back in place with 5 pins to hold it in there. It will be about 3 months in a cast and then I can start rehab and get back to 100% as soon as possible. I cant thank everyone for your support in 2011. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever, and I look forward to an even better and even bigger 2012 season!

Ponca Results:
250 4-stroke non-pro - 1st overall
450 4-stroke non-pro - 3rd overall
450 stock intermediate - 3rd overall
250 modified intermediate - 4th overall

Loretta Results:
Collegeboy b/c - moto scores 2,2,DNS - 25th
450 B mod - moto scores 2,DNF,DNS - 38th

Ponca City first motos

Well I want to start out this post by giving my thoughts and prayers to the girl who has passed away after a crash here at Ponca. The track has been rough to many people including me; unfortunately I suffered a crash in practice which left me laying on the ground getting ran over and suffered a concussion. I wasn't sure if I was going to race here or just get better for Loretta's. I woke up for the first day of racing and was feeling much better after the crash. I decided I was going to try and race and see how I felt on the bike. The first day of racing I was supposed to run four classes but decided to shorten my day a little to make it easier on the body and only ran two of the four classes to make sure my body was good when I raced. I rode good the first day and ended up with a second in both classes that I ran. The second day of racing finished out the first motos and I was looking forward to bettering myself each moto. I started out the day with a pair of wins in two motos, and had one more moto at the end of the day. I was looking forward to another good finish in my last moto, and ended up with a third to finish out the day. Overall I am feeling better and better each day after my practice crash and feel like I am riding good. I'm looking forward to finishing out the week strong and staying consistent.

1st moto results:
250 four stroke open - 2nd
450 four stroke open - 2nd
250 mod intermediate - 1st
450 stock intermediate - 1st
450 mod intermediate - 3rd

Summer is here

Well its that time of year again, time for the infamous Ponca City and Loretta Lynn summer nationals. I cant believe its already been a year, as it seems like just yesterday we were there racing in the heat and having a blast. That time has come yet again and Im excited to say the least. With less than a week left before we leave on the most epic "motocross vacation" you can say the countdown has begun. The qualifiers have came and gone and the training has been in full swing. I've been busy putting in my time both at the gym and on the track. I feel like I'm about as prepared as I can be and Im ready to get back east and let my hard work pay off.

Thanks for checking in to my blog, check back frequently during both Ponca and Loretta's as I will try to keep everyone updated with my results as much as possible.

See everyone at the races,
Austin Burns #141

Mammoth Motocross

We just got back from Mammoth Lakes, CA for the 2011 Mammoth motocross. As usual, the race is super fun and the atmosphere surrounding the event is awesome. By far one of the best nationals to attend and is always a great time. This year the track was better than the years past and made for some super fun racing. the weekend started out well for me with practice and then the first race. I was able to bust a nice holeshot the first day and came away with a 2nd in the open intermediate class. The second day of racing was the 250 class. I didn't get the greatest of starts this time and started just outside the top five. I worked my way up to third before getting a front flat tire and ended up finishing the moto in 4th overall. The final day of racing was the 450 class and I was looking forward to finishing off the weekend well and getting back home. I started the moto with a decent start and was in third by the second lap. I rode in third for awhile before getting passed by one guy and then going down shortly after that. I got up and rode the last few laps of the moto and finished in 8th overall. It was a fairly good weekend with its ups and downs, but I learned a lot with myself and the bikes and I cant wait until Ponca and Loretta's as they are fast approaching.

Overalls:
Open Intermediate - 2nd
250 Intermediate - 4th
450 Intermediate - 8th

See ya at the races,
Austin Burns #141

Washougal Loretta Lynn qualifier

This past memorial day weekend we raced up in Washougal, WA at the famous Washougal mx park. For me it was the first time I had ridden at this track, and I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately when we got there on Saturday, practice was cancelled due to rain and them wanting to keep the track good for the Sunday and Monday racing.

Racing started Sunday with all the modified and open classes. For me, I had three classes which included; 450 B mod, 250 B mod, and Collegeboy. The first set of motos started out awesome as I won both the Collegeboy and 450 B, and also got a 3rd in 250 B. I was liking the track more and more each time I rode it, and was looking forward to the second set of motos to get started. Unfortunately mother nature had other plans, and right before the start of the second motos it started to rain. The track got super slippery super fast and by my last couple motos it was just survival to try and make it to the finish line. For me I was able to put in another good three motos and was able to qualify in all my classes for the day.

Monday started and the main track was still muddy from the day before so they made a grass trackl in a bug grass field and we were able to race on that for the day. The track started out really slick due to all the grass and people were falling over left and right including me who fell about 8 times just in practice alone. The first set of motos went well for me and I was able to keep it on two wheels and finish inside the top three in both 250 B stock and 450 B stock. Second motos started and I knew I just had to ride another solid couple motos to get top four and qualify for lorettas in my stock classes as well. I was able to do just that, and rode a good last couple motos to finish off the weekend and qualify in all classes for Loretta's.

Overall results for the weekend:
450 B Mod - 1st
450 B stock - 2nd
250 B mod - 4th
250 B stock - 4th
Collegebpoy - 1st

Welcome Steve Hatch Racing

I have recently switched up my program a little bit and have started training with Steve Hatch. The weekend started out for me on an early Thursday morning and a long drive from Arizona up to northern California where we arrived at Honey Lake Motocross Park for the Loretta Lynn area qualifier. We got to the track bright and early Friday morning for practice and to get the bikes dialed in for the weekend. Practice went pretty good for me and I was feeling pretty good considering the fact that it was my first time back riding since getting injured at World Mini a few short weeks ago.
\
After a nights sleep at the hotel, we went back to the track Saturday for the first day of racing which was all the stock classes. For me I only had two classes which included 450 B stock and 250 B stock. 250 B stock was my first moto of the day; I didn't get the greatest of starts and struggled a little bit with the track but was still able to end up third in the first moto. Second moto I felt a little better and ended up third again but was actually in the mix this time. 450 b didn't start out very well for me as I had some electrical issues with my bike all day. Thanks to Andy at Kawasaki we were able to get it all figured out by the end of the day and I was still able to walk away with a 2nd in both motos and a good bike going into Sunday.

Sunday was all the modified and open classes; which for me included 250 B mod, 450 B mod, and collegeboy. 250 B went well for me as I rode strong both motos but just struggled a little bit with starts. After coming from behind both times I was able to finish both motos in third. 450 B was a lot better Sunday than it was Saturday. My bike was running awesome and I was actually riding well on the track. I rode good both motos and able to come away with a second in both motos. The races of the day for me were collegeboy. I was finally able to pull of some good starts and be up front. I ended up riding well and got the win in both motos.

Overall it was a good weekend for me and we were able to qualify for both the north west and south west regional qualifiers for Loretta's.

Honey Lake Area Qualifier
450 B Stock - 2nd overall
450 B Mod - 2nd overall
250 B Stock - 3rd overall
250 B Mod - 3rd overall
Collegeboy - 1st overall

World Mini Grand Prix

What a week is was for the 40th annual World Mini in Mesquite, NV. The week started out pretty good for me with practice. I was feeling pretty good and the track was in great condition. Racing started the first day for me and I was riding really good. I kept the momentum going throughout all the qualifiers and was able to walk away with a win in a couple qualifier motos and a handful of top threes and top fives before going into the mains. Unfortunately while racing one of my last motos before mains started I had a crash at the bottom of a downhill and fell before getting hit by a rider behind me. I managed to mess up my hip and my side internally. I could barely walk and was unable to race any of the mains. I was super bummed, and was a huge let down after riding good in the beginning of the week.

I was only able to get an overall in one class since it was one division and I didn't get to finish any of the other classes overalls. Overall I got a 4th place in 450 four stroke non-pro.

California Cold Cup

Wow, I cant even find the words to describe this past weekend right now besides crazy! We drove over to California to race the Gold Cup at Competitive Edge Mx. The plan was to practice on Saturday but due to some crazy weather practice was cancelled to try and save the track for Sunday. Over the day Saturday we encountered everything from rain to snow. I've never seen such crazy weather in southern California. We came back Sunday morning hoping the track was gonna be good for racing on Sunday. First thing in the morning we went and looked at the track and it was completely frozen. Ice was in every turn and up all the faces of the jumps. We were first practice, and I can now say I have rode on ice which is not very fun. As the day went on the track defrosted and the moisture started coming up from the rain and the track actually had some pretty muddy sections but was fun to ride. The day started off good for me in the first moto as I grabbed holeshot and was able to get out in front and not deal with people in front of me through the muddy sections of the race track. I was feeling good all day and continued riding well and was able to have a great day. Overall I was able to come away with a win in every moto I entered and it couldn't have gone any smoother for the conditions of the track.

Overalls:
250 Intermediate - 1st place
450 Intermediate - 1st place
Schoolboy - 1st place

My updates have been a little behind schedule lately, but I think I've finally figured out how to use this blog. The past couple of weeks for me have been super busy and a ton of fun as well. We did some local racing a couple weekends ago and it was good to get behind a gate again. Besides from racing I have just been doing a lot of practicing and training and getting ready for the upcoming amateur nationals. I'm really looking forwards to the months ahead and being at the races again. It seems like it has been a long off season but I am ready to get back at it come March at Oak Hill MX Park.

Austin Burns #141

11 January 2011 Update

This past week has been great for me. I had a crash a couple weeks ago and had a little injury to my knee and ribs. Since it is pretty much our off season I was able to take some time off of riding and let everything get back to 100% instead of rushing it. This week I started riding again and I am super pumped to be back on the bike from my two week break. My new bikes are coming along great and I'm feeling more and more comfortable each time I ride them and I am looking forward to some great racing this next season. The riding was awesome throughout the week even though I had some gnarly blisters from not riding. Once the weekend hit we loaded up and headed over to California to watch the start of the Supercross kick off at Anaheim. The racing was awesome and I was stoked to be there. Overall a great week for me and I am loving every second on the bike.

14 December 2010 Triple Crown

This past weekend we finished up the final round of the Triple Crown series at Pala Raceway. The races went well for me, and I rode well. The day started out good getting the win in the first moto which was 250 Intermediate. First moto of schoolboy went alright as I fell early in the moto and was back in the pack. I was able to come through and get back into second by the end of the moto. The second motos started out well as there was no rain this time and the track was getting rough and technical. I was able to get the win again in the 250 Intermediate class. In Schoolboy I was able to stay on two wheels and get the win giving me the overall for the day in both classes as well as in the triple crown series.

      Overall -

      250 Intermediate - 1st place

      Schoolboy - 1st place
